The place offers some really nice food, but getting to try it all would probably take you a lifetime. This is why we’ve decided to create a small guide that lists some of the best cuisines of Dubai.

Stuffed Camel

This one’s pretty huge. Stuffed Camel has been mentioned as one of the biggest dishes in the Guinness Book of World Records, and this massive and delicious dish can be seen getting served in bedouin ceremonies and huge events. Falafel

Hummus

The next on our list is just a dip, but it certainly deserves a mention. Hummus is a really popular dip in the Middle East, and is made from chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini paste, olive oil, salt, and garlic. It is usually served with pita bread and as a dip with various other cuisines.

Al Harees

Al Harees is prepared by mixing some salt, wheat, and meat together and cooking the mixture until it’s done. It’s served after getting baked for several hours, and can me modified in many ways to meet your preference.
